The Bangladeshi-American Foundation, Inc. (BAFI) is a membership-based, non-profit, mission-driven organization without any political affiliation in the US or in Bangladesh, with respect for full transparency and confidentiality.
The core purpose of BAFI is to develop a stronger, united, and compassionate community by fostering credibility of institutions and providing hope and development of the community. To these ends, BAFI coordinates collective efforts and channels these in support of developing a compassionate community.
We are, and would be, only as strong as our community support. Collectively, the Bangladeshi-American community is a formidable group. We can harness our strengthens only when we work together in a supporting manner.You can support BAFI missions by becoming a life-member; a volunteer; a financial contributor; and active in projects sponsored by BAFI.
Financial contributions to the Foundation are tax-exempt as permitted by the US Internal Revenue Service. The Foundation also accepts zakat contributions for eligible purposes.
